Kumeru ordered his skill men to teach the local people of agriculture such as
growing crops, rice, corn, cotton, fruits, vegetables, flowers, livestock
animals horses, sheep, poultry, coat, pig, chicken, birds, fishes etc. cows
just to get milk because the Hindu don’t eat cow but drink milk. Built houses,
built temples, built ships and canoes as water transportations, built horses
and cows chariots as land transportation, make clothes, make jewelry from gold
and silver. Make swords, spears, knives, axes, bows, arrows, the sling, hypaspists
etc. Teaching military skills and formed the military troops to protect Kok
Tlok and its people. The King & Queen of Naga ordered their troops to build
new land on mud and on water reaching north and south where it was easy to dig sand
and land. Built a port for sea trading in south and named it Oe Keo (Southern
of Vietnam today) during the construction, they founded many indigenous people
living on the mountains such as Phnong, Kuoy, Kreung, Tumpoon, Jaray, Souy,
Spong, Stieng, they speak different dialect and different culture. The
indigenous people were so happy to meet people of Kok Tlok and they joined Kok
Tlok voluntary. The King & Queen of Naga built a new Kingdom for their
daughter Princess Nagi and her husband Prince Kumeru and named it Nokor Phnom (Phnom
Kingdom). Prince Kumeru and Princess Nagi became the first King and Queen and received
the royal honor tittle King Kumeru Kaudinya and Queen Nagi Phearavatei Devi of Nokor
Phnom (King & Queen of Mountain Kingdom = Hun Tien and Lievye of Funan).
