Princess Nagi prepared a
ship for sailing as soon as receiving the news that
there was a big ship of strangers approaching her territory, quickly ordering
her troops of 200 fighters to get ready to fight against the intrusion of the strangers to
protect her island. Princess’s ship was small comparing to a big ship of Prince
and most of her troops were women. As soon as Prince’s ship approached near the
island, hundreds of arrows flying over his head. Prince was surprised, but
quickly ordered his crew to use their bows shooting out arrows back to the princess’s
ship. The fighting between Princess and Prince continued for a while causing near
hundred deaths of each side until Prince using his bow shooting out his fire arrows
to hit and broke the Princess’s ship, her ship was in fire sinking into the water.
Princess and the rest of her troops were terrified by this incident. Princess
got injured and disappeared from the water. The rest of her troops were saved
by the Prince’s crew. Prince was relief but asking to himself who the leader of
his enemy was because it was too far, he couldn’t see the face. Prince was
shocked to see the Princess’s female troops were topless, they wore the skin
animals covering their below, but naked on the top, he ordered his troops to
give the light dupatta (Light Scarf) covering their half-naked bodies and asked
the Princess’s troops about their leader, but he couldn’t understand the
language, because Prince spoke Sanskrit and the Princess’s troop spoke a native
of the island language, but Prince can solve everything with the body language
communication. Prince’s ship landing on the island of Kok Tlok, Prince saw a
beautiful white sand scenery with a big large tree of Tlok, he felt in love
with the island. The Princess’s troops took Prince to the Princess’s bases, but
Princess wasn’t there. The locals people came out from their village to see Prince and his troops,
they showed their friendly sign towards Prince because Prince had saved the
Princess’s troops instead of killing them. Prince was shocked again when he saw
the local women were half-naked, Prince distributed the dupatta to the woman
and showed them how to cover their top, the locals were happy because they never saw such colorful of dupatta. Prince cremated his dead men bodies on
the island according to his Hindu funeral customs and scattering their ashes at river.
Prince built a camp outside of the Princess’s bases waiting for a permission to
stay on the island. Prince remarked that most of the houses were built by wood
and on stilts to avoid flood from rising water. Prince started to learn the
native speaking language and exchanged his working skill with the locals for
food.
